After-Sales Service Terms for Jigsaw Puzzle Die-Cutting Hydraulic Presses

After-sales service terms for jigsaw puzzle die-cutting hydraulic presses typically cover five core areas: equipment warranty, installation and commissioning, fault response, spare parts supply, and training support. Specific details are subject to the terms of the purchase contract; the following information is provided by the team at Jianlong Hydraulic Technology for your reference during the procurement process.

1. Machine Warranty and Duration

1.1 Warranty Period: The industry standard is typically 12 months from the date of equipment delivery. During this period, free repairs or replacements are provided for manufacturing defects or component failures caused by non-human factors.

1.2 Core Components: Key hydraulic componentssuch as the motor, oil pump, PLC control system, and valve assembliesare also typically covered by the 12-month warranty.

1.3 Exclusions (Wear Parts): Consumables such as O-rings, oil seals, molds, cutting dies, and lubricants are generally not covered by the free warranty, though they are guaranteed to be fully functional upon delivery.

2. Installation, Commissioning, and Training

2.1 Installation and Commissioning: Upon the equipment's arrival at the user's site, engineers are typically dispatchedin accordance with the agreementto handle installation, leveling, and power-on commissioning.

2.2 Operational Training: Engineers provide on-site or online training covering startup and shutdown procedures, pressure and stroke adjustments, mold changing techniques, safety protocols (e.g., light curtain resetting), and daily maintenance checks.

2.3 Documentation: The equipment comes with an operation manual, hydraulic schematic, electrical wiring diagram, and a spare parts list.

3. Fault Response and Repair

3.1 Response Time: After-sales service hotlines generally operate 24/7. A telephone response is typically promised within two hours of receiving a service request. If the issue cannot be resolved by phone and on-site service is required, engineers usually commit to arriving at the site within 24 to 72 hours for domestic locations, depending on the distance.

3.2 Service Modes: Three modes are available: remote video guidance, on-site repair by engineers, and factory-based repair.

3.3 Post-Warranty Service: After the warranty period expires, lifetime paid service is typically offered. Repairs incur charges only for spare parts and travel expenses, with labor fees waived or significantly reduced.

4. Spare Parts Supply

4.1 Spare Parts Availability: Manufacturers typically commit to the long-term supply of genuine spare parts to meet maintenance needs throughout the equipment's entire lifecycle.

4.2 Supply Lead Times: Common wear parts (e.g., seals, filter elements) are usually in stock and ready for immediate shipment; non-standard custom parts (e.g., hydraulic cylinders) generally require 1530 days for delivery.

5. Die/Mold Support

5.1 Die Services: In addition to the equipment itself, some models offer die design and manufacturing services based on customer requirements. Customers can provide product drawings or samples, and the manufacturer will handle the customization of the cutting dies.

5.2 Die Maintenance: This is usually not covered under the standard equipment warranty, though sharpening and repair services may be available.

6. Special Provisions and Limitations

6.1 Warranty Exclusions: The following situations are generally not covered by the free warranty:

· Failure to perform routine maintenance as specified in the manual (e.g., operating without sufficient oil, failure to clean over extended periods).

· Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the equipment.

· Damage caused by force majeure or external factors, such as unstable voltage or harsh operating environments.

· Overload operation (exceeding the rated pressure range).

6.2 Commissioning and Acceptance: Contracts typically specify "precision acceptance standards"such as cutting depth repeatability (e.g., 0.2mm)which the customer must sign off on during the acceptance process.

7. Purchasing Recommendations

7.1 Contractual Clarity: When signing the purchase contract, it is advisable to explicitly document specific commitmentssuch as warranty duration, the list of wear parts, die warranty terms (e.g., number of uses), and after-sales response timesin an attachment.

7.2 Regional Considerations: After-sales service for overseas exports or remote locations often incurs travel expenses; confirm in advance whether these costs are included in the quotation.

Specific terms are governed by the "Sales Contract" or "After-Sales Service Commitment" you sign. If you have special requirements (e.g., extended warranty, rapid response service), it is recommended to confirm these in writing with the sales representative before purchasing the machine.
