1. High-precision control

1.1 Pressure range: 5~100 tons (deep drawing of watch cases may require higher tonnage).

1.2 Repeat positioning accuracy: ≤±0.02mm to ensure stamping consistency.

1.3 Hydraulic system: Servo hydraulic system/CNC proportional valve is used to achieve pressure/speed segmented control.

2. Mold compatibility

2.1 The workbench is equipped with a quick-change mold frame to adapt to complex case curved molds (such as hollowing and pattern embossing).

2.2 Optional heating module (for difficult-to-form materials such as titanium alloy).

3. Surface protection

3.1 The slider is equipped with a buffer device to avoid crushing of stainless steel and K gold watch straps.

3.2 The workbench is hard chrome plated or covered with anti-scratch pads.

4. Automation Integration

4.1 With the robot feeding, the continuous stamping of the strap links can be realized.

4.2 Visual inspection system (optional) monitors stamping defects in real time.
