Therefore, before changing the hydraulic oil, you must make all necessary preparations and strictly follow the change procedure to ensure smooth operation, normal noise levels, and stable pressure in the hydraulic system. 1. Preparation: Prepare a sufficient amount of new hydraulic oil of the same brand and make, an oil change schedule, tools, and a container for collecting waste oil.

2. System Cleaning:

2.1 Drain the old oil while it's still hot (oil flows best at temperatures between 40-60°C).

2.2 Replace all hydraulic oil filters in the suction, return, and piping systems.

2.3 Open the fuel tank and clean any sludge from the bottom. Flush the tank and piping with new oil of the same brand or a special flushing oil.

3. Filling with New Oil:

3.1 Fill the tank with new oil from a tanker equipped with a filter.

3.2 Fill to the upper limit of the oil gauge.

4. Venting the System:

4.1 Loosen the pump vent plug to vent the system (if installed).

4.2 Inch the motor several times to check the pump's direction of rotation and allow the pump to fill with oil.

4.3 Start the engine and operate it at low speed for a period of time without load, allowing the actuators (cylinder, motor) to repeatedly operate to expel air from the system.

4.4 Check the oil level and refill to the specified range.

5. Verifying the Results: Check for leaks and ensure the system is operating smoothly, with normal noise levels and stable pressure.
