1.1 Working Principle: After the equipment starts, the main cylinder (vertical direction) pushes the upper slide downwards, applying vertical pressure to the billet; simultaneously, the side cylinders (horizontal direction) move synchronously, compressing from the horizontal direction. This "three-dimensional encircling" forging method causes the metal billet to undergo plastic flow under intense triaxial compressive stress, thus filling the mold cavity.
1.2 Control Core: The entire process is precisely controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), which coordinates the oil flow, pressure, and speed of each cylinder to ensure synchronous accuracy of multi-directional pressure application (e.g., synchronous stroke error can be controlled within ≤±2mm), thereby guaranteeing forming accuracy.
