4. Extrusion Forming:

4.1 The movable crossbeam (slider) moves downwards under the drive of the main cylinder.

4.2 The upper and lower dies close, applying significant pressure to the billet.

4.3 Under pressure, the metal billet undergoes plastic flow, filling the mold cavity to form the part.

5. Ejection and Demolding: After forming, the movable crossbeam returns, and the ejector device ejects the part from the mold.

6. Post-processing: Subsequent processes such as trimming, drilling, and finishing are performed.
