The main motor drives the flywheel to rotate. After the clutch engages, the energy stored in the flywheel is transferred to the gear transmission system or directly to the crank-connecting rod mechanism. This mechanism converts the rotational motion into a strictly vertical linear motion of the slider along the guide rail. The slider drives the upper mold downwards, closing with the lower mold fixed on the lower worktable, applying immense pressure to the billet to shape it.

2.1.1 Features: The machine body is a closed frame structure, typically welded from high-quality cast steel or steel plates.
