1.1 Stable Structure and Balanced Pressure: The central main cylinder, in conjunction with the two auxiliary cylinders on both sides, operates in three-point linkage, achieving extremely uniform pressure distribution within an extra-large worktable area (such as 2000×1500mm or customized), completely solving common quality problems in luggage panel forming such as "warping, incomplete edges and corners, and uneven thickness."

1.2 Independently Adjustable: The pressure of the auxiliary cylinders on both sides can be individually fine-tuned, adapting to asymmetrical molds or special process requirements, offering exceptional flexibility.

2.1 Extra-Large Working Area: The table size can be customized to meet specific needs, allowing for the simultaneous placement of multiple molds or the molding of large panels, significantly improving production efficiency.

2.2 High-Efficiency Hot Plate Heating: The upper and lower hot plates are made of high-temperature resistant alloy steel, with built-in multi-zone temperature-controlled heating tubes (or oil heating channels), coupled with a PID intelligent temperature control system, ensuring a surface temperature difference of ≤±3, guaranteeing uniform material heating and consistent molding quality.

3. Precision Temperature and Pressure Control

3.1 Multi-Segment Temperature Control: Multiple temperature profiles, including heating and holding, can be set to meet the process requirements of different materials (e.g., ABS requires 110-130, PC requires 140-160).

3.2 Multi-stage Pressure Control: The system can achieve a complete process cycle of "rapid mold closing low-pressure contact slow pressurization segmented pressure holding pressure release," effectively controlling material flow and reducing internal stress.

4. Humanization and Automation

4.1 Mold Transfer Mechanism (Optional): Equipped with a servo motor-driven mold transfer trolley or robotic arm interface, facilitating quick replacement of heavy-duty molds and reducing labor intensity.
